A good command of the Dutch language is important to participate fully in society, both in one’s private life and in the workplace. Dutch in Dordrecht offers Dutch courses to foreign-language employees at all levels. We offer individual lessons, group courses, and tailor-made training courses, in which the work environment and the function of the employee are central. We teach topics and skills that are important in the workplace. After all, strong language skills lead to better communication, productivity and cooperation at work.

Introduction and intake
During an intake interview we will discuss your needs to understand what knowledge of the Dutch language and culture is required for your work situation. We will then meet with your employees and evaluate their language level.
 
During the course
Based on your wishes, and the current language level of employees, we will deliver a suitable lesson plan to achieve your goals. During the course, specific language skills such as speaking, (business) vocabulary and written communication are improved. In addition to learning the Dutch language, we also pay attention to cultural differences.
 
Practical day (optional)
For better insight into your daily work environment, we can schedule a practical day. The teacher visits your workplace and talks to both the employees and the manager about competencies and the use of language. During this visit we make a good picture of the personal language barriers. Special attention will be paid to these challenges in the lessons.
 
Evaluation
The course is concluded with a test. Upon passing the test, the employee will receive a certificate. During an evaluation interview with you we discuss the results of the course.
