Basic Dutch 1 (intensive)

In this course you will learn the basics of the Dutch language in an enjoyable and practical way. We practice with situations that you need in your daily life. After the course you can, for example, tell something about yourself, make an appointment, buy an item in a shop, or place an order in a restaurant.

The course builds up from level 0 to A1 and ensures that you master the basics of the language. The language of instruction during classes is Dutch.

This course is at a slower pace than the Beginners 1 course and is suitable for people who have little or no experience in learning a second language. More attention is paid to pronunciation, reading, learning new words and sentence structure.

Aantal cursisten	6 tot 10 cursisten per groep
Betaling	€750 (or 2 installments of €395) inclusief lesmateriaal. Het cursusbedrag kan in termijnen betaald worden.
Instapniveau	This course is for non-Dutch speakers with a low- to middle level of education. Ability to read and write in the Latin alphabet is required.
Cursusmateriaal	During this course we use the teaching method ‘TaalCompleet’ part 1. This method consists of a textbook and an online practice program. You will receive the course materials during the first lesson
Zelfstudie	There will be homework each week. Preparation time for classes averages 3-5 hours per week.
Afsluiting	At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of participation. Your progress and attendance will be evaluated during the course to determine your level of competence.
